VISTA apartments under construction

General contractor for VISTA, Unibep, has completed preparatory stages for the project and received a notice to proceed with constructions works.

Property developer has signed a loan agreement with PKO BP for financing of the project. Signing of the agreement on 14 December 2015 enables preliminary reservation agreements to transform into developer agreements. In accordance with provisions of law, the whole VISTA project is subject to protection referred to in the so-called “Developers Act.” This applies especially to protection of the escrow account, supervised and controlled by the bank. Our clients may feel completely safe.
