General contractor for VISTA, Unibep, has completed preparatory stages for the project and received a notice to proceed with constructions works.

Property developer has signed a loan agreement with PKO BP for financing of the project. Signing of the agreement on 14 December 2015 enables preliminary reservation agreements to transform into developer agreements. In accordance with provisions of law, the whole VISTA project is subject to protection referred to in the so-called “Developers Act.” This applies especially to protection of the escrow account, supervised and controlled by the bank. Construction is to be completed in 4th quarter of 2017.

VISTA, meaning ‘the view,’ is the newest residential investment of Warsaw’s leading real estate development company, OKAM Capital. On September 17th, contract has been signed with the general contractor of the investment, Unibep SA.

VISTA is to be built in western part of Służewiec Przemysłowy (Industrial Służewiec), a neighborhood in Mokotów district of Warsaw. It is one of the most attractive locations for residential investments.

Currently, preparatory processes are being held to start construction work, which should be commenced by the general contractor in December 2015. Construction is projected to be finished in the third quarter of 2017.
